Our client are a high-growth SaaS organisation with bold ambitions, now seeking a Marketing Lead, to drive their customer loyalty and cross-sell strategies. Sitting at the heart of their customer journey, this role will shape and deliver retention programs that build engagement, reduce churn, and maximise lifetime value.

You will own initiatives that deepen relationships and keep customers informed, inspired and invested, working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and Go-To-Market teams. From lifecycle strategies and renewal campaigns to data-driven insights and customer engagement events, you will be a key partner in ensuring marketing has a measurable impact across the customer base.

Ensuring Your Success

To succeed, you will bring significant experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing — ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment. You’ll be equally at home developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to deliver campaigns, with strong analytical skills to translate customer behaviour and data into meaningful action. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to design and optimise onboarding and lifecycle journeys, implement marketing automation programs, and lead renewal communications. Commercial awareness, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a customer-obsessed mindset are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
