Network Coordinator

Swindon

Initial 3 months, with view to extend

Your New Role

As a Network Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day management of network suppliers and operational administration within a busy Network Operations team. You will work closely with Network Managers to ensure suppliers are meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and provide support in resolving invoice queries, supplier issues, and escalated customer complaints.

You will be responsible for maintaining and updating supplier databases, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date, while also carrying out a range of administrative duties to support the wider team. In addition, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery, helping to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Ensuring Your Success

To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be a confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of building positive working relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Previous experience within administration, customer service, account coordination, or supplier management would be highly beneficial, particularly where SLA monitoring or issue resolution has been involved. A proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.

In Return

In return, you will have the opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team within a well-established organisation, gaining valuable experience within Network Operations. This hybrid role based in Swindon offers flexibility alongside the chance to further develop your administrative, supplier management, and coordination skills.
