Your New Role

We are working with an innovative and rapidly growing FinTech organisation, after a restructuring in their sales team, are seeking an experienced and ambitious outbound account manager to join their team. The role itself will require someone to own an allocated portfolio of current warm clients, ensuring they are aware of product upgrades and diversifications, maintaining the relationships and making sure that customer success is at an all time high. You will be calling accounts proactively to expand partnerships, running the full sales cycle. ARR is a high priority for our client and the opportunity provides a launch pad for an experienced sales person to excel.

Ensuring Your Success

You will come with a demonstrable track record of overachieving on sales targets. Excellent telephone manner is a must, with the ability to build rapport quickly, consultatively sell and understand customers requirements. A natural self starter is required for this role who is ambitious and enjoys running full sales cycle. Prior experience as an account manager is essential, ideally within a SaaS or finance environment.
