Your New Role

As People Systems Advisor, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s People systems, including HRIS and payroll platforms (iTrent), document management (Document Logistix), applicant tracking (Tribepad / Teamtailor), and service desk/ticketing systems (Halo).

You will work closely with the People Team, wider stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure systems operate efficiently, support business objectives, and enable process improvements. You will lead system upgrades, configure enhancements, resolve system issues, provide training, and contribute to People Team initiatives, while maintaining comprehensive process documentation and strong supplier relationships.

To Ensure Your Success

You will have in-depth experience with People systems, particularly iTrent, including configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements across all modules. Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Tribepad or Teamtailor is essential, and familiarity with service desk platforms such as Halo or ServiceNow is advantageous.

You will have supported or led HR system implementations or upgrades, including planning, testing, and post-go-live support. A solid understanding of HR processes, payroll operations, data security, and GDPR compliance is required.

You will be highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will also be proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
