Our client is a rapidly growing fintech organisation who are looking to bolster their sales team, by bringing in an ambitious and driven Sales Development Representative. The role itself is a varied position, where you will be involved in developing outbound and inbound sales opportunities into qualified meetings for the account executives. The role will involve doing your own prospecting, being involved in exhibitions, events and online webinars, to uncover your potential clients pain points and offer solutions via the product. You will reach out to prospects, via emailing, calling and social media to generate a sustainable pipeline for the organisation.
Ensuring Your Success
Ideally you will have previous sales experience, within a technology based environment. A natural relationship builder, with excellent interpersonal skills is a must. You will be an inquisitive individual who looks to solve problems of customers is a professional manner. Confidence is essential to your success, being happy to pick up the phone and pitch to potential prospects. Great organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to uncover pain points is also key. You will be analytical, with the ability to identify and prospect effectively.
