Remote

£40k - £45k

Your New Role

As a Training Content & Enablement Manager, you will play a key
role in supporting the Customer Training team by creating,
developing and maintaining engaging, effective and scalable
learning content. You will manage the full lifecycle of customer
training materials, from initial creation and publication through
to regular review, updates and retirement. Working closely with
teams including Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success and
Training, you will ensure that customer-facing content remains
accurate, relevant and aligned with product developments and
organisational priorities. You will create accessible and
reusable learning resources that support customer adoption and
confidence, while using digital and AI-enabled tools where
appropriate to improve the way content is created and delivered.
You will also maintain a prioritised content roadmap, using
product release schedules, customer feedback and learner needs to
plan upcoming content and reduce last-minute requests. The role
will focus on developing self-service learning solutions that
complement trainer-led sessions and allow training teams to
concentrate on high-value customer interactions, complex
implementations and strategic customer adoption.

Ensuring Your Success

To be successful in this role, you will have experience creating,
developing and maintaining customer-facing learning content,
training materials or educational resources. You will ideally
have experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or
digital learning platforms and be confident using digital,
AI-enabled or automation tools to improve content creation and
learning experiences. A background in instructional design,
learning design, training, enablement or a similar discipline
would be highly beneficial. You will have excellent written and
verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt content
for different audiences and create resources that are clear,
engaging and accessible. Experience within education, technology,
software or customer enablement environments would be
advantageous, as would experience using data, analytics, customer
feedback or learning metrics to measure and improve the
effectiveness of training content. You will be highly organised,
comfortable managing competing priorities and able to build
strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams.
Most importantly, you will be passionate about helping customers
achieve successful outcomes through learning and will take pride
in continuously improving both content and processes. Knowledge
of the organisation's products and solutions would be beneficial.

In Return

This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking
organisation and play an important role in supporting customers
through engaging and effective learning experiences. This is an
initial 6-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to
work alongside experienced teams across Product, Customer
Success, Product Marketing and Training while gaining valuable
experience within a growing organisation. You will receive a
strong benefits package, including 25 days' annual leave plus
Bank Holidays, with three days allocated to the Christmas
shutdown, a day off for your birthday, access to a Workplace
Nursery scheme, five volunteering days per year and a benefits
and discount platform. Additional benefits include private
healthcare, life assurance, permanent health insurance, a pension
scheme with enhanced employer contributions of up to 8%, a season
ticket loan and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
