1st Line IT Support Apprentice

If you are passionate about tech, have the desire to deliver the highest standards, a good eye for details, we want you! Along with providing excellent IT Support, duties will include setting up various hardware and software, troubleshooting, repairs, communication with both internal teams and customers, and more.

Role

  • Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently
  • Using Remote Management Tools
  • Setup, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software
  • Communicating clearly with the customer always at the forefront
  • Onsite and offsite support repairs for server, workstations and printers
  • Installing & configuring PC hardware

Training

  • Level 3 ICT Apprenticeship Standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions
  • With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coach and our learning platform "Aptem" complete learning on program. IT Vendor training will also be provided
  • Numerous routes of progression throughout the business
