Apprentice Assembly Operative
To work on a production line building electronic lighting assemblies to a high quality at an appropriate production rate.
Role
- Product build, testing and packing to agreed quality standards.
- Complete paperwork as required.
- Support with regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- To maintain required housekeeping standards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement activity.
- Gain a good understanding of manufacturing through continuous training.
- Other production related activity as requested.
Training
- Working towards a Level 2 Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship.
- Standard training will take place at the employers site.
Progression into a full time roles upon completion of apprenticeship for the right candidates.
