2nd line IT support (Oxfordshire)

RBW are looking to recruit a 1st & 2nd Line IT Support contractor. The role is onsite 5 days a week in Abingdon ( between 8:30 - 17:30 Mon - Fri ) and paying £220 per day inside IR35 on an initial 6 month contract. (No sponsorship or Tier 1 VISA)

Essential:

• Minimum of 3 years’ IT experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge in Windows 11 installation and configuration
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
• Able to work independently under pressure
• Active Directory – User Creation/Groups
• Lenovo, Dell Hardware experience
• Administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange)
• Audio Visual Systems
• Quick learner with a natural interest to learn and continuously improve

Desirable:

• Microsoft domain infrastructure; InTune/Company Portal, Group policy
• Basic Networking/Patching
• Powershell scripting
• Power Automate – AI exposure
• Security knowledge – Sophos/Mimecast
• Certifications – CompTIA A+/N+, MCP…
• ITIL Foundation
