We are partnering with a highly respected financial services organisation, part of one of Europe’s top 10 banking groups. The Role• Support the performance and development of retail receivables systems• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify solutions• Analyse system defects and operational issues, proposing improvements• Manage and support system changes, including testing and deployment• Collaborate with internal teams and external IT suppliers to deliver system enhancements

Key Responsibilities• Gather and document business requirements and create change proposals• Develop and validate business cases, assessing impact and efficiency• Manage change control logs and track updates with external suppliers• Coordinate system releases across test and production environments• Deliver training and support to internal teams on system changes• Maintain accurate system and process documentation• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards

About You• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Process Analyst• Background in financial services is preferred• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills• Experience working with system changes, testing, and delivery• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders• Confident working independently and within a team environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with web technologies
