Recruitment Administrator
Our client, a well-established company within IT recruitment, based in Cheltenham, has an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis during a busy period of technical hiring.
The successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, particularly on the phone
- Confidence in learning and using IT systems
In this role, the Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for:
- Phoning prospective candidates and conducting pre-registration calls
- Adding candidates into company CRM system
- Sending follow up email communications and scheduling meetings between candidates and our client’s permanent recruiters
