Office based just outside of Leeds city centre - £160 per day via an Umbrella Service - 3 month contract, with loads of potential for a career

My client a SME Managed Service Provider based in Leeds, with an exclusive list of clients they are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Support Engineer, with an exceptional customer service attitude and ideally experience of working previously for a small or medium sized Managed Service Provider.

Core base skills:

  • MSP experience, more than just one client supported at any given time.
  • Windows 10/11/M365.
  • SharePoint, any knowledge of InTune is a bonus.
  • Active Directory.
  • Ideally with Certificates.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills.
  • Must have a proactive and get up and go attitude.

Our client is a leading provider of IT managed services in London. They offer a wide range of IT services from strategic project management to remote support.

Required Skills for the Helpdesk Support Engineer:

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 - 11, Windows 7 and Mac OS X.
  • Setting up new users/creating accounts on SharePoint/M365.
  • Setting up email filters.
  • Experience of working with multiple clients.
  • Strong focus on quality with clearing support tickets.
  • Experience in troubleshooting client-side applications; Office.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, ability to communicate with clients at all levels in a professional manner.
