Microsoft Trainer/Skilling Advisor - UK Remote
£59,000 including benefits or £260 per day
- Globally renowned company and the forefront of technology.
- Work schedule: full time, 40 hours a week - 18 month Fixed Contract.
- Primarily remote, with occasional travel (less than 5% of the time) required for on-site customer meetings - UK based.

Key Responsibilities for the Microsoft Trainer/Skilling Advisor:
- Design and deliver skilling strategies, workshops and learning pathways tailored to diverse audiences.
- Develop and curate training content, workshops, and resources on:
- Microsoft Copilot and M365 Copilot.
- Azure services including Foundry, Purview, Fabric, and AI/data capabilities.
- Power Platform tools including PowerApps, Power Automate, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (eg, NGOs, nonprofits, or global organizations) to assess learning needs and deliver impactful skilling programs.
- Track learner engagement, feedback, and outcomes to continuously improve offerings.
- Stay current with Microsoft product updates and integrate new capabilities into learning plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for digital transformation through skilling.
Additional Notes on the Microsoft Trainer/Skilling Advisor role:
- The allocation of time will vary each week, but on average, you can expect to spend approximately 60% of your time delivering workshops, 25% consulting with customers, 10% developing content, and 5% on administrative tasks.
- While it's ideal for candidates to have expertise in all aspects of the job, we welcome applicants with specialized knowledge and experience in specific areas such as M365 Copilot, Azure, or Power Platforms.

Required Qualifications for the Microsoft Trainer/Skilling Advisor position:
- Proven experience in digital skilling, learning & development, or technical enablement.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure (especially Foundry, Purview, Fabric), and Power Platform.
- Experience designing and delivering training for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- German/French/Dutch as a nice to have on top of English speaking,
Preferred Qualifications for the Microsoft Trainer/Skilling Advisor position:
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, and/or M365.
- Experience working with nonprofit or public sector organizations.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.
