We're looking for a proactive Operational Data Executive/SQL Administrator to support key commercial operations through accurate data management and CRM projects. This role is perfect for someone with strong SQL skills, a flair for problem-solving, and a keen interest in improving customer experience.

What you'll do as the Operational Data Executive/SQL Administrator:

1. Generate, analyse, and visualise operational data to support marketing, finance, sales, and product teams.
2. Maintain processes for B2C payment processing, customer onboarding, and product fulfilment.
3. Lead CRM-related projects to optimise the customer journey.
4. Keep up-to-date with data tools, CRM best practices, GDPR, and industry trends.

What we're looking for:

1. Strong SQL knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
2. High self-motivation, proactive problem-solving, and ability to work under pressure.
