• 3 plus years experience, ideally having strength in Power Automate.
• Based in Uxbridge - 3 days in the office/2 from home and flexible to attend office as and when required (parking paid for by the employer), occasional international travel might be required.
• Salary is up to £65,000 depending on experience

Job Summary for the Power Platform Developer:

My client seeks a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join their technical team, where you will be instrumental in developing and implementing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O), potentially Microsoft CRM, and other Microsoft products with external systems.

This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and workflows.

Working with:

• Work in a flexible environment with developers, a business analyst, an agile project manager and product owner.
• Twenty subsidiaries (countries) to deliver tailored solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) to enhance business processes and operations.
• Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and potentially Microsoft CRM with other Microsoft products and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Support and further develop an internal project management system built on Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.
• Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance within the Power Platform environment.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power Platform applications and tools.
• Stay on top of the latest Microsoft technologies and Power Platform updates to advise on new features and optimization strategies.
• Work closely with the IT and development teams to ensure alignment with the overall technology strategy and architecture.

Required Technical Skills and Experience for the Power Platform Developer:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Copilot Studio).
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; experience with Microsoft CRM is a plus.
• Expertise in Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Dataverse, with a strong understanding of its data modelling, integration, and automation capabilities.
• Experience with integrating various systems and APIs to create cohesive workflow solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications for the Power Platform Developer:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Front End development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom UI design in Power Apps.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
