Meet Eunice

We are not putting a thin AI layer on existing processes. We are rebuilding from first principles with a new product to putting all fragments together.

What is the role and who are we looking for?

We’re hiring a Founding Product Lead to build Eunice’s private markets engine from first principles.

You'll report directly to a founder, sitting at the center of product, engineering, and our first clients. You’ll be building, shipping, and learning fast with the core team.

Your mission is to make our AI the most trusted analyst in private markets.

This is a high-ownership, high-consequence role. If you want a traditional analyst seat, a neat playbook, and someone telling you what to do, you won’t like it here. If you want the opposite, this is as good as it gets: you’ll have the autonomy to define what “excellence” looks like, direct access to clients, and a straight line between your work this week and the product's accuracy next week.

This is an end-to-end role. You'll shape the entire diligence process from messy data to defensible insight.

You’ll start by doing the diligence manually to learn what it takes. Then you’ll build the v1 playbooks, templates, and systems that allow the AI to scale.

This is a founding role - the work will change as we learn. You’ll own the highest-leverage problem: turning human expertise into a scalable AI product. Examples include:

• Workflow Invention: Diagnose where manual diligence breaks and design the AI-native workflows to fix it.
• Client-as-Partner: Work directly with our first asset owner clients, using their real-world problems to make the product smarter.
• Truth-Seeking: Translate messy manager data into clear, evidence-backed insights that our clients can bet on.

You’ll be a great fit if you have

• 2+ years working in an asset owner or allocator environment, ideally with direct exposure to fund manager selection and due diligence
• Strong understanding of GP evaluation, IC memos, and investment risk
• You can explain complex ideas clearly and speak comfortably with senior stakeholders
• You want to build, not just analyse. You thrive in ambiguity and move fast without waiting for instructions.
• Want your output to shape the product and company trajectory
