Ecommerce Manager

Ecommerce Manager / Senior Ecommerce Manager (Shopify Plus)

Freelance / Interim / FTC | 2–4 days per week | Can be remote or hybrid

About Us

At Rebecca Udall, we are redefining the luxury homeware vertical through our ethos to elevate the everyday . Founded in 2019, we are a fast-growing, predominantly DTC independent brand spanning bed, bath, table and home décor categories. Our collections are consciously designed and crafted with artisan and heritage partners around the world, ensuring we create pieces that are thoughtful, joyful and design-led. We are a digitally focused, customer-first brand with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of care in everything we do.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Ecommerce Manager or Senior Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of our website and drive the next phase of growth.

This is a newly created role with significant scope and impact. You will lead and optimise our Shopify Plus ecosystem end-to-end, managing the site architecture, CMS, theme setup, integrations, and day-to-day trading and content updates. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, delegating team tasks, and using the platform and wider tech stack to enhance customer experiences and drive trading performance.

You will be confident working within Shopify Plus at a granular level - identifying friction points, implementing improvements quickly, and leveraging apps, integrations, features and best-in-class practices to continuously evolve the site. This role requires someone who doesn’t just manage a website, but actively drives optimisation through it.

We are open to freelance, interim, part-time and fixed term arrangements (2–4 days per week), with remote or hybrid working considered. Our priority is finding the right person - someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative and entrepreneurial environment and can make a tangible impact from day one.
