Technical Account Manager ( Graduate Trading, Financial Services, FinTech, Financial technology)***3 days a week in the office***A leading FinTech (Financial Technology) and provider of trading solutions is seeking a client-focused Technical Account Manager to join its London client services team. Ideally we seek recent graduates with 6-24 months experience in financial services / trading but we are considering candidates with all types of backgrounds who are willing to learn and grow.Working with hedge funds, asset managers, and institutional investment firms, you will act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, strong platform adoption, and long-term customer satisfaction.In the first 3-6 months of the role the successful candidate will be on a rota covering market hours and picking up a variety of client requirements to gain an understanding of the product. This will grow to then take the ownership of a number of clients.Interest and knowledge of the financial industry and assets that they trade is preferable. We are looking for someone with the drive to learn and grow into the role.
