Overview

We are recruiting a Thai-speaking Data Labelling Analyst to support the training and quality assurance of advanced AI models used for content moderation. This is a contract role suited to candidates with strong experience in content moderation, quality assurance, and working with sensitive online content.

You will play a key role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and performance of AI-driven moderation systems, as well as supporting vendor calibration and quality initiatives.

Important: This role involves regular exposure to potentially graphic and disturbing content, including (but not limited to) child exploitation, graphic violence, animal abuse, self-harm, and offensive or derogatory language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate AI-driven content moderation decisions for accuracy and policy compliance
  • Create and maintain golden data sets to test and calibrate AI and vendor performance
  • Support vendor site calibration, performance reviews, and continuous improvement plans
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
  • Analyse quality data, trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Identify process improvements across moderation workflows and QA frameworks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, policy, and leadership teams
  • Participate in ongoing training related to policies, tooling, and industry best practices
  • Assess sensitive content and anticipate societal impacts of online speech and behaviour

Requirements

  • Native or near-native Thai language proficiency (mandatory)
  • 4+ years' experience in content moderation, quality assurance, or a closely related field
  • Strong understanding of content moderation policies and enforcement standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Experience working with vendors or external partners (preferred)
  • Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools (preferred)

Nice to Have

  • Experience using content moderation platforms or QA tools
  • Experience reviewing AI-generated conversations
  • Background in online customer support or chatbot moderation
  • Knowledge of content moderation best practices and industry standards
  • Relevant certification in content moderation or quality assurance
