Lead B2B Marketing for Gaming Across EMEA 🚀

  • Contract: 11 months
  • Hybrid - 3 days in London office
  • Salary: £90,000 - £95,000/annum pro rata

A leading global tech company is looking for an experienced Business Marketing Manager to take ownership of B2B marketing for the gaming vertical across EMEA.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and scale marketing programs from the ground up, working with some of the most sophisticated, growth-focused companies in the gaming ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and execute integrated B2B marketing programs across multiple EMEA markets
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns, events, and content
  • Own content strategy across formats (articles, video, newsletters, thought leadership)
  • Design and deliver marketing initiatives targeting performance marketers and digital-native businesses
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to drive execution
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from ideation through to launch and optimization
  • Track, test, and scale marketing initiatives using data-driven insights
  • Challenge the status quo and bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate impact

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (tech or gaming industry preferred)
  • Strong track record of driving measurable business results through marketing
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and growth-focused businesses
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas
  • Strong stakeholder management and experience working cross-functionally
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems
