Senior AI Content Strategist

Summary

We are seeking a highly strategic IC Level V Content Specialist to lead and scale complex content programs across multiple platforms and products. This individual will operate as a senior individual contributor, shaping end-to-end content strategy while driving operational excellence and cross-functional alignment.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in content strategy, AI-driven content evaluation, and large-scale program leadership, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead comprehensive content strategies, guiding project intake, design, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop, test, and refine system prompts to evaluate and enhance large language model (LLM) outputs for targeted product use cases.
  • Drive multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with overarching program objectives and business priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights and deliver high-impact reporting for engineering, product, and strategy partners.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and provide leadership in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments requiring agility and sound judgment.
  • Design and implement scalable processes, workflows, governance frameworks, and content templates to support sustainable program growth.
  • Uphold rigorous standards for quality, consistency, and accuracy in content review, guideline development, and AI model evaluation.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in content strategy, program management, or a related field, with demonstrated partnership across engineering, design, and research teams.
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in AI/ML model evaluation and advanced prompt engineering.
  • Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to quickly adopt and leverage evolving AI tools to drive productivity and program impact.
  • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience within social platforms, content ecosystems, AI product development, or content discovery environments.
  • Self-directed leader who thrives in high-autonomy settings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and data analysis.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
