Senior Product/Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will work in high demand and fast paced environment of project delivery in payments area, responsible for initial client touchpoints as part of delivery, setting the scope and assisting the project management team in leading the delivery from content perspective.

Job Responsibilities

  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements with client and internal stakeholders with the responsibility to capture and refine business requirements, understanding business context and justification
  • Identifies research, analyses of business requirements to ensure client and market needs are met. This includes working closely with clients and internal departments to clearly understand and address business problems and issues
  • Project level requirement documentation, solution consultation with responsible delivery team and end-to-end solution coverage to meet the business requirements
  • Collaboration with technology, business and operational areas to identify the appropriate business solution, identify technology / solution and process impacts
  • Communication with scrum teams to ensure correct understanding, review of proposed solution in terms of their suitability to meet client requirements and adherence to strategic technology goals
  • Maintaining project and client level requirement and solution documentation
  • Support and consultation during the discovery phases, including high level assessment, solution and estimates

Experience Required

  • 5 or more years’ experience in Project Delivery/Business Analyst or IT Financial Services Consultant role
  • 5 or more years’ experience in Banking or Payment industry or another high availability transaction processing industry
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tooling
  • Proven strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient user of MS Office suite or similar
  • Requirement Analysis, analytical and logical thinking with technical understanding

  • Good experience of business analysis frameworks, value cycles, software development life cycle, business processes management, business requirements and UAT methodologies
