The Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to design and deliver a modern cloud contact centre platform as part of a major customer engagement transformation.

You will define the target architecture, lead key design decisions, and ensure scalable and secure CCaaS capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CCaaS architecture using Amazon Connect
• Define IVR and call routing logic aligned with Salesforce
• Produce the target state architecture (BYOT likely)
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and automation
• Guide and upskill internal teams

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on Amazon Connect experience
• Experience with Lex, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, AWS CLI
• Proven Salesforce integration experience
• Experience with Contact Lens / speech analytics
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
