Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Data Migration Consultant with a strong background in Finance functional consulting and/or data migration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with selective data transformation and preferably familiarity with SNP CrystalBridge or similar toolsets. This role will support critical migration activities, including impact assessments, defect resolution, and trial execution, ensuring a smooth and efficient transformation process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Impact Assessment of Change Requests (CRs) on the established migration design.
• Assist in the resolution of defects throughout the data migration lifecycle.
• Participate in trial migrations , including monitoring execution, defect triage, and tracking performance metrics.
• Work closely with project and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements to reduce risk and accelerate timelines.
• Provide subject matter expertise on selective data transformation methodologies .
• Collaborate with technical teams using tools like SNP CrystalBridge to support migration execution.
• Ensure alignment with financial data standards, controls, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 12–15 years of experience in Finance functional consulting or Data migration consulting roles.
• Proven experience with data transformation projects , preferably involving SNP CrystalBridge or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of financial systems, processes, and data structures .
• Experience in migration testing , including trial runs and defect resolution.
• Great understanding of SAP Finance processes .

Preferred Skills:

• Prior involvement in large-scale ERP or Finance transformation projects.
• Familiarity with data governance and risk mitigation practices in financial data migration.
