Rate: £315 per day

Skills

• Front-End: JavaScript, HTML; responsive UI patterns and adherence to modern web standards.
• Back-End: Node.js and Spring Boot microservices; RESTful API design and management (including policies, rate limiting, and security); EKS (Kubernetes) and containerization with Docker.
• Integration: Data layer integration; event-driven architecture using Kafka; NoSQL databases (MongoDB/DocumentDB).
• Security: Identity and Access Management (IDAM/IdP), Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), SSL/TLS, Key Management Service (KMS) with envelope encryption patterns; Graph API.
• Cloud Operability: Telemetry and logging on AWS; performance and availability monitoring.
• Tooling & Delivery: Jira, Confluence, GitHub; CI/CD pipelines; automated testing and code reviews.

Desirable Skills

• Caching & Session Management: Redis; session handling via Kong.
• Networking: VPC and VPN patterns for secure service connectivity.
• Real-Time Communication: SignalR (or equivalent) for push notifications and real-time features.
