Linux Architect

RED is currently seeking a Linux Architect for an initial 6-month contract opportunity with one of our global end clients. The role will be hybrid with 2 days per week on site in the London office.

Suitable candidates will have the below:

• 15+ years in Linux Administration
• 5+ years in Infrastructure (Ie. Azure / Migration / Cloud / Networking)
• Familiarity with configuration management platforms (Chef, Ansible, etc.)
• Experience leveraging existing communication strategies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency across programs
• Experience with scripting/coding in bash, python, Ruby, and/or Perl
• Experience with development tools such as GIT, Jenkins, etc.
• Strong understanding of security within a UNIX environment.
• Active Security Clearance.
