OneTrust Integration Engineer
IT Engineer – OneTrust Data Discovery Integration
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Subcontractor, 6 Month Initial Contract
We need a skilled IT Engineer to integrate OneTrust Data Discovery across systems handling personal data. You’ll gather technical data, open/validate network paths, and work with SMEs to deploy and configure worker nodes and connectors.
Key Deliverables
- Onboard prioritized assets into OneTrust
- Document connectivity/setup for each application
- Complete initial catalog scans with ICRM
- Develop SOPs for onboarding, credentials, and change control
Technical Skills
- OS: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)
- Databases/Stores: SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SMB/NFS, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, proxies, TLS, firewalls (Palo Alto/Checkpoint), load balancers, VPN
- Identity: AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM
Experience
- Deploying/scaling agents or scanning tools (e.g., vuln scanners, DLP, EDR).
- Secret and credential management.
- Strong documentation (diagrams, runbooks, playbooks).
- Managing multiple parallel integrations.
OneTrust experience is a plus but not required.
Nice to Have
- OneTrust Data Discovery nodes, connectors, classification tuning
- ServiceNow CMDB and change workflows
- Data governance/privacy concepts (PII, PCI, PHI)
- Docker/Kubernetes familiarity
