Are you an experienced Oracle E‐Business Suite professional with deep expertise in UK Payroll Our client is looking for a Senior EBS Payroll Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize HCM processes

Role: Senior Oracle EBS Payroll Consultant

Experience: 10+ Years

Specialization: EBS HCM – Payroll, Absence, Pension (UK)

Location: Remote/Hybrid (UK)

Engagement: 6months Contract (Plus extension)

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HCM, with strong focus on Payroll
• Expert proficiency in UK Payroll, statutory rules, HMRC compliance, RTI, YE Processing
• Hands‐on experience with Absence, Pension, and other HCM submodules
• Strong understanding of fast formulas, payroll elements, BEE, costing, and retro-pay
• Ability to design scalable functional solutions and conduct requirement workshops
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work directly with business stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional design, configuration, and support for Oracle EBS Payroll (UK Payroll)
• Manage end‐to‐end payroll processes including statutory updates, RTI, year‐end, P45/P60, and compliance
• Support Absence Management, Pension Processing, and integration with other HCM modules
• Drive enhancements, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and production rollout activities
• Ensure system alignment with UK payroll legislation and organizational policies
