P&C Claims Business Analyst - Freelancer

Juanes@Red - P&C Claims Business Analyst – 6 months + ext. – London (Hybrid)

On behalf of one of our key partners, RED now has a new opportunity for a P&C Claims Business Analyst to join an immediate transformation project. The initial contract runs for 6 months, with strong potential for extension based on the project timeline.

This role is scheduled to start as soon as possible and follows a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days a week onsite at the office in London.

Specific skills/experience required:

• Strong background and domain expertise in Personal Lines / P&C (Property & Casualty) Claims.
• Proven experience with Data Migration.
• Solid experience in Data Mapping.
• Experience delivering a Claims Management System.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI reporting, data analytics, and database tools is highly preferred.
• Strong capability in managing complex claims adjudication scenarios and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical data teams and senior business stakeholders.
