Our international IT Consulting client is looking for POD Lead as below.

Urgent opportunity with Competitive Rates & Immediate Interviews!

• Job Title: POD Lead
• Engagement: Full time
• Location: 2-3 days on site in Sheffield, UK
• Languages: Fluent in English
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract: 12 months + extension

Skills required:

• 6+ years proven experience in leading and managing pods in a global matrix organization
• Proven track record of on time and on budget deliveries
• Exceptional understanding of data, in particular data products, data platforms and data migration
• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions
• Proven experience applying Agile methodologies across project and product development lifecycles
• Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts
