We are seeking an experienced Pega Technical Lead to take ownership of application design and delivery across large-scale enterprise initiatives. You will lead technical design, mentor team members, and work closely with business analysts to deliver robust, scalable Pega solutions—ideally within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Lead for Pega PRPC implementations
• Lead technical and design reviews, ensuring best practices and quality standards
• Mentor and guide development team members
• Support business analysts in defining and documenting business processes
• Own application and solution design, including architecture documentation
• Break down requirements into clear development tasks
• Build deep application knowledge and contribute to ongoing enhancements
• Deliver end-to-end solutions covering scope definition, requirements analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and support

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' hands-on Pega PRPC experience
• Previous Technical Lead experience (essential)
• CLSA certification – mandatory
• Experience delivering at least 3 large-scale PRPC projects, preferably within banking or financial services
• Strong experience implementing Pega frameworks, core architecture components, and key rules/functionality
• Experience with XML and JMS/MQ services in PRPC
• Solid understanding of software architecture and SOA-based services
• Proven ability to lead solution design from concept through deployment

Must Haves:

• Candidates MUST Have CLSA Certification
