We are seeking an experienced Pega Technical Lead to take ownership of application design and delivery across large-scale enterprise initiatives. You will lead technical design, mentor team members, and work closely with business analysts to deliver robust, scalable Pega solutions—ideally within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Technical Lead for Pega PRPC implementations
- Lead technical and design reviews, ensuring best practices and quality standards
- Mentor and guide development team members
- Support business analysts in defining and documenting business processes
- Own application and solution design, including architecture documentation
- Break down requirements into clear development tasks
- Build deep application knowledge and contribute to ongoing enhancements
- Deliver end-to-end solutions covering scope definition, requirements analysis, design, build, testing, deployment, and support
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on Pega PRPC experience
- Previous Technical Lead experience (essential)
- CLSA certification – mandatory
- Experience delivering at least 3 large-scale PRPC projects, preferably within banking or financial services
- Strong experience implementing Pega frameworks, core architecture components, and key rules/functionality
- Experience with XML and JMS/MQ services in PRPC
- Solid understanding of software architecture and SOA-based services
- Proven ability to lead solution design from concept through deployment
Must Haves:
- Candidates MUST Have CLSA Certification
