SAP Service Application Manager

***SAP Service Application Manager – Midlands, UK – INSIDE IR35 ***

For our international client based in the midlands, RED is looking for a SAP Service Application Manager for a SAP Rise upgrade project.

The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible and for an initial 6 months contract The project is based in the midlands and will require 2 days per week onsite (expenses are not covered)

Skills:

• Solid experience (8+ years)of service delivery management in a complex SAP environment and ability to demonstrate a working, cross-modular knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA
• Configuration expertise in one or more modules of SD, MM, PM, FICA, IS-Oil in S/4 HANA 1909
• Experience of service management of SAP SaaS products such as Ariba & Concur, and SAP FSM
• Strong knowledge of SAP product roadmap and emerging related technologies
• Extensive vendor management experience, including contract negotiation, SLA measurement / tracking, relationship, and escalation management
• Software Lifecycle & Release Management
