T24 Software Engineer (Temenos )

Job Title: Temenos Payments/Derivatives - T24 Software Engineer

Location: London/ 2-Days Onsite

Duration: 12 Month Contract

The T24 Developer is responsible for the development and support of the TRANSACT software platform. This role involves active participation in all phases of the software development lifecycle, working closely with business analysts and product owners to translate business requirements into effective technical designs and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and enhance T24 modules to meet business needs.
• Document new and modified software solutions using tools such as Source, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Communicate development progress and issues to management in a timely manner.
• Support unit testing and assist the SIT/UAT teams during testing and rollout preparation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a developer in the Temenos T24/TRANSACT environment.
• Mandatory proficiency in JBASE/Pick Basic, with the ability to understand R11 development.
• Familiarity with Digital experience (DX) components.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and Design Studio tools.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Knowledge of the wealth management industry is an advantage.
• Understanding of ISO 20022 message formats.
• Experience with instant payments and U.S. payment systems.
