Workday Business Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)

On behalf of one of our pharmaceutical clients, RED is currently seeking an experienced Workday Business Analyst with strong expertise in Rewards (Compensation & Benefits).

In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Compensation, Benefits, and IT teams to support and enhance the Workday HCM platform. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, configuring and optimizing Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits modules, supporting compensation cycles, benefits administration, reporting, testing, and process improvements.

• Position: Workday Business Analyst (Compensation & Benefits)

• Location : Maccesfield / Luton / Cambridge - 3 days onsite & 2 days remote

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 6 months+ Possible extension

• Rate : £ Outside IR 35

• Languages: English

Key requirements:

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst

• Hands-on Workday HCM experience, particularly Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits

• Strong understanding of compensation planning and benefits administration

• Experience with Workday business processes and reporting

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
