DESIGN & DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We're seeking a passionate and versatile Design & Marketing Manager to manage design and delivery of our digital and print communications. This part-time role (4 days/week) offers flexible working, creative freedom, and the chance to shape the voice and visual identity of two of Belfast's most innovative cultural festivals: Belfast Photo Festival and RENDR Festival.

Location: Belfast / Hybrid Working

Term: Permanent Contract

Salary: £27,000 - £35,000 Pro Rata (based on 40-hour week)

Hours: Part-time (32 hours / week)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage design and delivery of visual materials and digital communications
• Manage and update websites (Squarespace), analytics, and e-commerce features
• Develop content strategies for social media, newsletters, and advertising
• Create compelling visual and motion content across platforms (Adobe CC)
• Ensure brand consistency across all media, aligning with partner guidelines
• Manage content production schedules and collaborate with internal team
• Report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and social insights

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential:

• Experience or knowledge of design/digital content creation
• Familiarity with social platforms for audience engagement
• Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, etc.)
• Strong communication & organisational skills

Desirable:

• Knowledge of creative industries (film, gaming, animation, art)
• Motion graphics, print proofing
• Familiarity with newsletter tools
• Google Workspace, Analytics, SEO, YouTube editing
