Marketing Analyst Apprentice (Level 3), Replay Maintenance
Role
You will work directly with the Replay Maintenance sales team and partners to support with their marketing and data analysis.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the creation of data visualisations and reports using our data analytics tools.
- Tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behaviour and exploring market trends.
- Gathering data, writing detailed reports on findings and identifying new markets and opportunities.
- Analysing and utilising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases for marketing campaigns, reporting and increasing customer retention.
- Designing and executing social media and online activity, writing creative copy, content strategy and implementation.
The control, maintenance and upkeep of the Replay website and its content to enhance the user experience. - Copywriting, design and production of flyers, posters, direct mailers, and online materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
- Create and send mailshots using Mailchimp to existing and potential customer base.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue on our e-commerce platform.
- Utilize a variety of channels including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and affiliate marketing to reach target audiences and drive engagement.
Training
Over 18 months, you’ll devote a minimum of 6 hours of your working week on ‘off the job’ training. This can include theory training (for example, virtual lessons & online learning), alongside practical training (for example shadowing, mentoring, & time spent writing assignments. Together this will count towards a Level 3 Data Technician apprenticeship. You’ll be trained by an expert tutor from Tiro as well as an experienced mentor at Replay Maintenance who together, will make sure you develop the knowledge, skills, and work habits you’ll need to succeed in your career.
Being an apprentice is hands-on, so you’ll get the chance to learn things you might otherwise not have experienced in a university or college environment.
