CBRE Managed Services is looking for a Faultline Helpdesk Operative to join their team on a temporary basis, providing crucial support at their Gatwick & Regions site. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, log, and respond to incoming calls and emails related to facilities faults and issues
Accurately input data into the helpdesk system and assign tasks to relevant teams or engineers
Monitor and update fault progress, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders
Liaise with internal and external teams to coordinate follow-ups and maintain service levels
Support administrative and reporting tasks related to fault management
Requirements:
Previous experience in a helpdesk, customer service, or facilities support role
Strong IT and data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise effectively
Reliable and punctual
Additional Information:
Full-time role: 40 hours per week
