Technical Services & Compliance Manager
Title: Technical Services & Compliance Manager - Data Centre - Docklands, London - Up to £80,000 + £5,100 Car Allowance
We're recruiting for an experienced Technical Services & Compliance Manager to lead engineering operations on a mission-critical data centre site in Docklands, London. This is a site-based, Monday-Friday day role reporting into the Account Manager, ideal for a senior engineer ready to step fully into a management-level position - or an existing manager looking for a stronger package and a genuinely critical, high-uptime environment.

- Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 - no shift work
The role:
You'll be the technical lead for all engineering operations on site, appointed as Senior Authorised Person for HV electrical systems, and responsible for driving 100% uptime across HV/LV, DRUPS, BMS, air conditioning (AHU/FCU/ACU), and associated critical infrastructure. You'll manage subcontractor performance, lead and develop the engineering team, and act as the key technical point of contact for client stakeholders - including monthly and quarterly engineering reporting.
What we're looking for:
- HVAP appointed - essential
- Previous SAP (Senior Authorised Person) appointment - highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years' experience in data centre or critical environment operations, at management level
- HND-level electrical qualification, or 10+ years' experience with ONC/C&G
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- Proven experience managing and developing an engineering team
- Strong report writing and stakeholder communication skills
- Willingness to participate in on-call management support
