Client and Consultant Operations Specialist

What you will work on
- Prepare and track standard Consultant legal documentation, and partner with HR & Legal team as needed.
- Create and manage Client engagements in multiple tools including 3rd party vendor management systems.
- Prepare and track standard Client legal documentation, and partner with Legal team as needed.
- Generate and compile financial reports requiring use of an internal enterprise system, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Excel.
- Communicate and partner with sales team members to support clients.
- Prepare budget tracking and revenue forecasting reports.
- Manage special administrative projects with direction from the Regional Director. Examples include: preparing Client statistics, light analysis, and database code updates.
- Maintain front office and SOX controls through continuous weekly and monthly audits.
- Track Client invoices and partner with corporate teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and payments using various communication tools.
- Work with multiple systems to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborating and supporting Talent, Talent Enablement, HR, and other business units throughout the company to ensure that our consultants have a rewarding employment experience.
- Maintain front office and SOX controls through continuous weekly and monthly audits.
- Monitoring and working with Consultants and HR to ensure completion of any client or company required background screenings and reference checks.
- Partnering with Talent to provide and conduct an efficient on-boarding experience for consultants.
- Processing consultant employment paperwork, and records associated with employment status and end of engagement in multiple systems across RGP’s multiple business entities in Europe.
- Coordinating asset (laptop) delivery and retrieval as appropriate or required for specific projects.
- Communicating and partnering with Talent team and HR business partner to resolve consultant issues.
- Striving to enhance the consultant experience and contributing to goals for increased retention, engagement extensions, and rapid redeployment.
What you will bring

- Ability to work independently, follow procedures and pay careful attention to detail in a fast paced, fluid environment.
- Enterprise, cross-functional understanding, and awareness; independently study areas of work to increase proficiency.
- Proficient using word processing, presentation building, and Office 365. Familiarity with relational databases, SharePoint and ATS or WMS experience a plus.
- Make recommendations and decisions based on independent analysis, reasoning, and judgment.
