Enterprise Account Executive
Overview
RLF Talent Partners are supporting a leading software vendor within the Customer Experience / Conversational AI space. Following significant investment into AI and continued growth across EMEA, the business is looking to hire multiple Enterprise Account Executives.
This role is focused on driving new business and expanding market presence, with a strong emphasis on new logo acquisition within enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Drive new logo acquisition across enterprise accounts in Germany
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan to penetrate target accounts
- Generate pipeline through proactive outbound activity and market mapping
- Engage and manage multi-threaded sales cycles across technical, business, and executive stakeholders
- Lead value-based sales conversations aligned to customer business outcomes
- Manage complex deals including RFPs, procurement processes, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Partners) to drive deal success
- Identify and execute land and expand opportunities within new accounts
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Experience Required
- Proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Track record of success in new logo acquisition
- Experience selling into multi-stakeholder environments, including C-suite and procurement
- Demonstrated ability to close 5 and 6 figure deals
- Strong pipeline generation and self-sourcing capability
- Consistent quota achievement and overperformance
- Ability to operate as a trusted advisor, delivering value-led sales engagements
- Experience in land and expand strategies within enterprise accounts
Ideal Background (Preferred)
- Experience within Customer Experience or Conversational AI solutions
- Background in high-growth or scaling SaaS environments
- Experience selling across the German enterprise market
