IT Technician Apprentice
You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a IT systems and Networking - Azure - Level 3 Apprenticeship. Duties will include fixing 1st line problems or escalating to the relevant person.
Role
- Receiving and logging faults / Receiving and logging requests
- Asset tagging and maintaining the Asset register
- Basic Active Directory administration – Password resets, access requests
- Building PCs and installing software ready for deployment
- Update user devices
- Involved in Projects outside of day to day running of the IT department
- Staying up to date regarding the latest IT developments, including new operating systems and applications
- Assisting with routine tasks, such as monitoring server security, software and anti-virus updates
Training
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
