Retail Systems & Support Administrator - Full‐time, office‐based in Watford

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data and stakeholders, and is keen to build on their existing skills while continuing to grow and develop within a supportive, collaborative team.
The Role
Accurate and timely maintenance of our retail systems is critical to the smooth operation of the retail business. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our shop systems are kept up to date, consistent and aligned with company standards.
You’ll manage daily updates to supplier catalogues, product ranges, and item restrictions, helping to ensure service station operators have access to competitive pricing and approved product ranges across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily supplier catalogue files within the retail systems.
- Review system exception reports to identify products that may require availability adjustments.
- Add new products and remove discontinued items in line with approved ranges provided by shop category managers.
- Ensure all item restrictions comply with company standards and agreed product ranges.
- Act as a key point of contact for service station operators, responding to queries related to item restrictions and shop system data.
- Liaise closely with the Shops team to resolve system or catalogue queries.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reports and information to the shops team as required.
