Salary £27,000 per annum

Office Based

Supporting a team of 5 Service Support Managers utilising Power BI and Excel.

• Creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports across the business working with different departments/teams and stakeholders.
• Data manipulation and data analysis in Power BI and Excel
• Taking requests and delivering on these requests via dashboards
• Identifying data issues, being able to manipulate and validate data
• Implementing Power BI reports from a range of sources
• Sourcing data / Analysing data in Power BI
• Problem solving, reporting technical issues
• Administration support for Business Managers
• Gathering information from Graphs

Skills required:

Confident Super User of Excel and Power BI – Essential

Suit a keen enthusiastic Graduate with experience with Power BI

Strong technical skills

Excellent communication skill

Ability to work unaided supporting a busy team

Team to work to meet KPI’s
