THE ROLE

Youll support the product vision for customer and operations platforms, reporting to the Head of Technology & Product. Hands-on collaboration from day one.

Youll work closely with a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and ops specialists, turning customer feedback into practical, shippable solutions.

Support a 12-month roadmap blending quick wins with game-changing initiatives

Run discovery: user interviews, prototypes, A/B tests to nail customer needs

Support cross-functional squads (engineers, designers, ops) in 2-week sprints

Track KPIs like conversion, NPS, churn, and cost-per-order

Translate business goals into specs that ship fast and scale big

Influence stakeholders from frontline crews to C-suite execs

YOUR PROFILE

Multiple years in technical product management

Proven launches that moved metrics (e.g., Boosted retention 25% via personalised flows)

Agile squad support; comfy with Jira, user stories, and data tools (SQL, Amplitude)

Sharp communicator: influence techies and execs with ease

Bonus: Subscription models, ops-heavy domains, Figma prototyping

2.1+ Bachelors in relevant field or equivalent real-world wins
