Business Administration Apprentice (36484)
In this role you will be expected to contribute to accurate records, effective client administration and continuous improvement in day-to-day processes.
Role
A normal day would include:
- Answer inbound calls and responding to emails
- Support the management of all inbound and outbound post, identifying priority for allocation to team
- General office administrative tasks including scanning and filing, monthly fee notes, inputting directors time sheets
- Reception and switchboard duties covering lunchtime and all day on Wednesday
- Banking – as and when required
- Book meeting rooms when required
- Maintaining spreadsheets to record different data sets and records
- Work alongside our COO & Business Support Team to gain valuable first-hand
- Develop an understanding of the production of business process flows and standard
- Operating procedures
- Development and maintenance of our CRM system, including data entry
