Analytics & Insight Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an Analytics and Insights Specialist to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
As the Analytics and Insights Specialist you will be responsible for driving the strategy for Analytics and insight generation, ensuring alignment with RSA's business goals and data strategy. You will embed best practice in insight/ analytics creation and data maximisation
You will help to maintain a comprehensive roadmap that outlines the delivery and evolution of analytic and insights capabilities. You be a point of contact for Analytics tools, including overseeing their ongoing maintenance and governance, ensuring they remain relevant, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
You will support the development of the Hub and Spoke model, ensure roles and responsibilities are defined and understood. You will collaborate with business units, data teams, and technology groups to identify opportunities and ensure we maximize adoption of the data platform.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience in managing analytics and insight enablement particularly tools, process and operating models. You will have a background in the financial services or insurance industry, with an understanding of how Analytics & insight creation can drive business value in these sectors.
You will have experience with driving best practice use and adoption of analytics tools such as PowerBI, SAS and Data science tools such as Databricks with an understanding of how to leverage these platforms for advanced analytics.
You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams and specifically analytics teams.
