Win as a Team: We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Product Manager to join our Data Platform team on a hybrid basis. As a Data Product Manager, you will have responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of our data products, from concept and roadmap design to delivery, optimisation, and continuous improvement. Working closely with engineering, analytics, and business partners, you will ensure our data products are high-quality, compliant, and delivering measurable value across the organisation. You’ll make an impact by:
- Develop and execute the data product strategy in alignment with business and data goals.
- Have responsibility for and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
- Prioritise backlogs to balance value delivery, technical debt, and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features.
- Support Agile ceremonies and guide delivery squads through iterative development.
- Ensure all data products comply with governance, quality, security, and regulatory standards.
- Provide cross-functional guidance across data engineering, analytics, and design.
- Continuously measure and improve product performance through user feedback and iteration.
- Experience managing and delivering data products, ideally in financial services or insurance.
- Excellent understanding of how data products drive value in regulated environments.
- Experience with Azure and Databricks for data integration, transformation, and analytics.
- Deep knowledge of Agile product management practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills.
- Experience ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience within Insurance or finance would be beneficial but not essential.
