Junior Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Junior Project Manager to join our established and experienced Chief Information Office team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your Role
As our Junior Project Manager you will be accountable for the successful delivery of workstreams or smaller projects within Regulatory Change Management. You will work in partnership with the Regulatory and Compliance subject matter experts to track the analysis and interpretation of the requirements and agree actions and timelines for delivery of projects.
You will support the definition and establishment of the project methodology (waterfall, agile or hybrid) and best fit structure, roles, and teams to ensure efficient and effective project delivery working with platform and portfolio teams.
You will be accountable for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across RSA. You will be able to communicate clearly and confidently to Senior Leaders, have excellent visual and verbal reporting skills.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. As well as good organizational and planning skills gained through academic, professional, or personal experiences.
You will be able to collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders across the business and its delivery partners. While being able to challenge the status quo with openness to drive improvements, seeking solutions.
You will have good problem solving and decision making skills, escalating when necessary and in a timely way. You will also have good time management skills and desire to meet or exceed deadlines through organizational capability.
