Data Analyst
Overview
We're looking for a Data Analyst with a steady, detail-oriented approach and solid experience using HubSpot. In this role, you’ll support our clients’ internal teams by helping them understand and use their data more effectively.
You’ll spend your time working with numbers, building reports, and identifying where things can be improved. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working independently but can also collaborate when needed. If you’re thoughtful, organised, and confident using HubSpot, we’d like to hear from you.

What You’ll Focus On:
- Creating and maintaining accurate reports using HubSpot
- Supporting teams with data that helps them make better decisions
- Looking for trends, issues, or opportunities in the numbers
- Helping improve how we track and measure key activity
- Working with others to keep processes clear and consistent
Who You Are:
- Comfortable working with data and spotting what matters
- Experienced with HubSpot reporting and CRM data
- Careful, methodical, and able to manage your own time
- Able to explain your findings clearly to non-technical colleagues
- Interested in learning and improving over time
