Location & Role

  , with travel across regional sites
• Fully field-oriented role, hands-on, engaging, and varied

Key Skills & Experience (Microsoft-Focused)

• Strong background with
  Microsoft 365
  (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Active Directory / Azure AD
  administration and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting
  Windows Server environments
  (2016/2019/2022)
• Solid knowledge of
  Windows 10/11
  deployment and support
• Familiarity with
  Intune / Endpoint Manager
  for device configuration and security
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls) in Microsoft-centric environments
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) for automation and administration
• Excellent problem-solving, client-facing, and documentation skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft stack environments for clients
• Implementing Microsoft 365 solutions and resolving escalated issues
• Configuring and maintaining Windows servers and endpoints
• Working on site to deliver hands-on technical solutions
• Advising clients and ensuring systems run securely and efficiently
